Returns & Refunds

Clothing Returns and Refund Policy - We are happy to accept clothing returns / size exchanges as long as the following points are correct - 

1 - Barcoded polybag showing size is still with t-shirt.

2 - Swing tags are still attached to clothing item.

3 - Item has not been washed and is in a smoke free home.

4 - No more than 60 days have passed from the original order date.

5 - A returns authorisation has been approved, please email us at office@jellyfrog.co.uk to with return details and we can help you with this.

6 - Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

7 - Any refunds due to change of mind, etc will have original postage cost deducted from refund amount.

8 - Please allow up to 7 working days from date of refund for the refund to reach your bank.

9 - Do not return items without contacting us first please as the returns address needs to be provided once authorisation is made.

Merchandise Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns as long as the following points are correct -

1 - Products need to be in original unopened and still in sealed plastic packaging with undamaged packaging.

2 - Items are unused and in perfect condition.

3 - No more than 14 days have passed from the original order date.

4 - A returns authorisation has been approved, please email us at help@jellyfrog.co.uk with return details and we can help you with this.

5 - Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

6 - Any refunds due to change of mind, etc will have original postage cost deducted from refund amount.

7 - Please allow up to 7 working days from date of refund for the refund to reach your bank.

8 - Do not return items without contacting us first please as the returns address needs to be provided once authorisation is made.

9 - A £25 restocking fee will be deducted from any Merchandise order. This includes headphones, games consoles, vinyl turntables.
