Returns & Refunds

Returns and Refund Policy - We are happy to accept clothing returns / size exchanges as long as the following points are correct - 

1 - Items are unused and in perfect condition.

2 - No more than 14 days have passed from the date order arrives with the customer.

3 - A returns authorisation has been approved, please email us at office@jellyfrog.co.uk with return details and we can help you with this.

4 - Customers are responsible for return postage costs if sending back for change or size or change of mind. 

5 - Customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where goods are delivered faulty or not as described. This policy is in addition to your legal rights.

6 - Please allow up to 7 working days from date of refund for the refund to reach your bank.

7 - Do not return items without contacting us first please as the returns address needs to be provided once authorisation is made.

8 - If you wish to cancel your order before despatch please email us at office@jellyfrog.co.uk so we can issue you a cancellation form/ confirmation email.
